Our Managed Router Program is our flagship router program, designed to provide end to end IT support and service. We will monitor, maintain, report and provide ongoing support on all your routing equipment. You are essentially outsourcing your complete routing infrastructure to us and we accept all risk for this. Therefore, the program is based on a fixed fee model. For this fixed cost, our Managed Router Program will reduce the business impact from router failure by attempting to eliminate the occurrence of all failure. Any remaining failures will be dealt with as a top priority, and within a structured response mechanism.

Total security and elimination of capital expenditure. We provide your Routing equipment. There are 4 models, which all have different specifications. We replace these periodically at our cost and replacement is included in the monthly fee.

Performance Monitoring


In-depth 5 or 15 minute performance monitoring on key functions of your router including Bandwidth, Traffic, Uptime, CPU Usage, Port Health, VPN status and VOIP Performance with automated alerting for issues reported to our network centre.
 

 

We know within minutes if the network productivity is being effected and we are able to take action almost immediately to rectify this. This saves you downtime and loss of productivity

Basic Configuration Provided


We provide a basic configuration with each router. Changes and scoping of individual  specification for QoS and VPN considerations will be charged separately as a one off setup cost

Configuration Backup


Backup for capturing configuration settings and backing this up into a NZ based cloud. Automated with ‘set and forget’ technology.

 

As the configurations for each business are unique and  written just for you, we back them up off the device so they can never be lost.

Change Management Control


We will control all changes made to your proactively managed infrastructure under an ITIL change management process


The device becomes change managed meaning changes are not made on the fly and risks are  assessed before changes are made to ensure no unnecessary downtime. All changes are also catalogued and stored for reference.

Asset & Device Support Included


We will provide 0.5 hours included remote support and/or Moves, Adds and Changes per supported device per month.

* No specific Application Support will be included however this can be used in the allotted time per month.Support time will expire each month and does not carry over. All support costs across device class will be combined as a pre-paid amount per month eg 2 x Managed Routers = 1 hour Router Support
