Asset Support Included


We will provide 1 hour included remote support and/or Moves, Adds and Changes per supported device per month.

* No specific Application Support will be included however this can be used in the allotted time per month. Support time will expire each month and does not carry over. All support costs across device class will be combined as a pre-paid amount per month eg 10 x Managed Servers = 10 hours Server Support per month
